This fee applies when:

• A confirmed appointment is cancelled while the engineer is en route.
• Our engineer attends, assesses the issue, and provides a quotation, but the customer decides not to proceed.

£67 + VAT – Plumbing & Drainage Services
Applicable to all plumbing and drainage work, both internal and external.
